 "Inner Light" used U.S. postage stamps & resin on canvas 20 x 20 in (51 cm) Available now at Kim Storage Gallery, Milwaukee WI  Along Lincoln Avenue on Chicago’s North Side, a dwindling group of mid-century motels still survives. Photographed after dark with long exposures, these images explore their fading architecture, glowing signs, and uneasy beauty. These were originally created several years ago. But as my editing skills improve and Lightroom's capabilities increase, I have revisited them and completely re-edited and updated them from the original RAW files. It was nice spending the afternoon with Kim Storage Gallery at Door County Contemporary at PenArt in Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Today, Sunday, is the last day of the fair if you are in the area. I had time to roam the Door Peninsula after, and found this beautiful 19th century lighthouse, 100 year old fire station, and caught the sun setting low behind this antique truck. Excited to share that I’ll be showing work this weekend with Kim Storage Gallery at Door County Contemporary, June 4-7, 2026, at PenArt in Fish Creek, Wisconsin. I’ll have several works included, including Timeless 1, Timeless 2, and Bliss. Each piece is built from used and canceled postage stamps arranged into meditative geometric fields, where fragments of history, travel, communication, and memory are reconfigured into patterns of rhythm, movement, and stillness.
